Do you ship orders outside of Spain? 

Yes, we do ship international orders. All information on international shipments will appear before do the payment.

Online Prices

El precio aplicable será el indicado en la página web en el momento de realizar el pedido. Los precios incluyen IVA (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido) de España vigente en el momento de la compra. El importe de los gastos de envío aparecerá de manera desglosada en el pedido, durante el proceso de compra. Mariola Cano se reserva el derecho de modificar, sin previo aviso, los precios de los productos a la venta, sin que esto afecte a pedidos ya confirmados.

Damage or Wrong Item 

If you received a damaged item or the condition of the item does not match the one requested, sends an email to info@mariolacano.com including data relating to the order in which you reached this article. We will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem. You have a period of 14 working days from receipt the item to tell us your intention to return a product.

Cost of Shipping an order 

Shipping costs can vary based on the total amount of the purchase made​​.

Payment by bank transfer 

Place your order normally and choose Wire Transfer as payment method. We will send you the details of the bank account to which you must make the transfer and, once we have received the amount, we'll send your order. 

We remind you that the confirmation process a bank transfer usually lasts at least 2 days after the order is issued in the target bank. We will be shipping your order once we have validated the transfer, which is why will not be able to send your order as fast as we would like.
