Buying process

Purchase any item exposed through our website is easy, you can find the products by categories or by searching for them by Collection. Once you have added them yo your bag only need to enter your shipping information, select the payment method that you like and in a few days will have your order at home.

Payments

You can make the payment through transfer, paypal or credit card.

Shipping charges are not included in the item description and are payable by the buyer. These costs are shown on the website and will add to the amount of purchases prior to order confirmation . The invoice will have full details.

Prices include all corresponding taxes. If you are shipping to outside the EU, Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Island, then VAT will automatically be taken off your order.

Delivery

The shipping company and conditions vary according to the destination and the total purchase price. Before the completion of the order, the buyer will chose from different options. Fedex or mailing post. 

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.

Delivery times 

Shipping times by courier to Spain 48/72 hours. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 4-5 days. To Europe 8/10 working days. Rest of the world depend of the country.
Fedex shipping time depends on the destination and it can be from 2-8 days; when ordering you will be sent the tracking number where you can see the delivery time.
After making the purchase will be sent to your email address a tracking number of your order.
For delivery to countries not part of the EU, customs charges at destination and other taxes (duties)are not included; the recipient will have to settle these in cash in order to receive the merchandise. 
The goods will be dispatched in the shortest time possible; however, recipients should take into account the import procedures required by the destination country. Mariola Cano cannot be held responsible for these. Neither shall Mariola Cano accept any liability for delays caused by strikes, armed conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control. 

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, If the order is damaged or incomplete, please contact us and we'll tell you how to proceed returning the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.
